EXTERIOR

The exterior of our project is very modern with a mixture of Glass, Steel and Concrete and the paint colours chosen are fresh and welcoming with a mixture of Cream, Green and Grey being used. These colours help enhance the overall feeling of the project and allow the buildings to blend effortlessly amongst the tropical landscaping and communal swimming pool area.

These colours have also been chosen to ensure that the building looks clean and new. So many projects have chosen for a white exterior and within a matter of months the paint has discoloured due to water runoff and dirt build up. The colours we have chosen are long lasting to ensure the look of the project remains with a "new" feel thus enhancing our clients investment and also blend nicely with the azure blue swimming pool tiles and sand wash and stone, pool decking and seating areas.
