APUS Condominium,  will also be offering disabled friendly facilities. In what seems to be a first for a Condominium project in Pattaya, APUS will be installing in rooms (at a client's request) extra wide door openings suitable for wheelchairs, grab bars in bathrooms and showers, specially adapted toilets, light switches at 1m in height, centralised lighting control pad, a ramp to the private balcony .   We have taken advice from a number of disabled associations, in the UK, Thailand and America, to ensure that we have at least the bare minimum installed in our rooms and communal areas, however this has led us in a direction to looking at offering everything that someone may need, from a custom built swimming pool chair lift to specially designed swimming pool sun beds and seating.
